It is important to save and protect our women and girls from being raped or murdered.
Safe House is a place where distressed and battered women and girls would be accommodated temporarily. We have cases where husbands kick out their wives in the middle of the night, thus, without shelters, these women become vulnerable to rapists, murderers, and ritualists. Our young girls die through cohabitation, many go through emotional abuse, whilst many suffer both emotional and psychological damage and will require adequate therapy and rehabilitation to live a normal life.
The Safe House stands as a symbol of HOPE for those that have been victims of the aforementioned unscrupulous criminal acts.
In addition, the Safe House will also have a Resource Center, where our young girls and women will acquire new vocational skills needed for Human Development and Capacity Building.
